We also offer small group “feel good” fitness classes, giving you the energy of a group with the support you need, as well as private gym hire for those who prefer their own space. With pay-as-you-go options or flexible memberships, you can train in a way that works for you.

And because life doesn’t stop for fitness — kids are always welcome, with a dedicated play corner.

I never thought i would see my self doing pt sessions or even joining in with charlies classes. But Charlie works so hard at making each session and class personal to those of us that have joined her classes. She makes each session fun but yet works us hard. The Journey to Better Movement

Starting with Charlie I was conscious of what I couldn't achieve, and that was always at the forefront of my mind. Over the years with support from Charlie, my mindset has changed to what I can achieve and that I know now I may not be able to do certain things but thats okay, as its you versus you. Everyones journey is different, but having someone to speak to and share thoughts means a lot :-)

Who knew that starting with Charlie nearly 2 years ago i would be almost 4.5st lighter???? Using the kickstart programme with the app is literally like having her in your pocket 24/7. With added gym or home workouts added every week along with small habit changes and calorie guidance you almost forget you’re on a “diet” which when you think about you aren’t you are just changing your lifestyle but keeping the foods you love in moderation! And trust me if you don’t check in or log your food/ exercise you know about it but its always with the best intention! She definitely gives you that push, confidence to find yourself again without the judgement from falling off plan every now  and again we are all human
